- The data used that relates to you
In order to identify you, contact you and provide you with an efficient service, we collect information directly from you, such as your e-mail address, telephone/mobile number, first name, job title, gender and language.
We also use public data or data gathered from third parties and which potentially relate to you. This data may be public information, for example data relating to the directors of a company. You may also have made certain details public yourself (e.g. on social networks, etc.). Our company may also have the occasion to purchase data from other companies. These companies are responsible for the legitimate gathering of the information that they supply. This data is used for direct marketing purposes or to check the accuracy of the information we have in our possession.
We process your data mainly for the purpose of contract implementation, direct marketing, to be able to proceed with your orders, deliveries and invoicing, to improve our products, to draw up overall statistics about visits to the various sections of our websites (www.modullo.net, www.modulloeasyshop.com, www.advensys.be) by online users and generally for the purpose of communication between you and us.
Personal data is recorded in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management), our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and our CMS (Content Management System).
Only those members of staff authorised to work on the purposes stated above and to carry out computer maintenance works will have access to your personal data. This is in addition to the members of staff working for the parties associated contractually with advensys and acting on its behalf.
- Time period for data storage
We keep your data for the time required to carry out the purposes stated above.
Rather than delete your personal data, we may render it anonymous in such a way that no identification is possible from it.
- Legal basis
Our company has to function as a business. The European regulations on personal data mention “legitimate interest”. As a commercial enterprise, a certain number of legitimate interests form the basis of the processing that we carry out. We aim to monitor the quality of our services while respecting the balance between the impact that this processing may have on privacy and the legitimate interests of any company.

- Your customer rights and how to exercise them
You may ask at any time to view the personal data that we hold about you and also to have it transferred so that it can be used for other services. In the same way, you can also ask us to delete (provided there is no legal obligation for us to keep it) or amend any data that may be incorrect. You also have the right to object to your data being processed or to ask for the processing to be limited in certain measures provided for in the GDPR.
